Returns

Country Home Sales will only accept returns for defective products (see below for items damaged in shipping). Country Home Sales will replace defective products received by customers for free provided that they follow the following guidelines.

  • Customers must contact us within 10 days of receiving the product to initiate the return
  • Customer must ship the item back to Country Home Sales using the shipping information we provide you
  • The replacement item will be shipped to the customer after the damaged item is received by us

Shipping

Most orders should arrive within 7 business days after ordering. Shipping cost starts at $13.00 and is based on the items in your cart. You can check shipping prices by adding products to your cart and navigating to checkout.

Shipping Damage

Country Home Sales will replace products damaged in shipping received by customers for free provided that they follow the following guidelines.

  • Customer should notify shipping carrier deliverer of damage if possible
  • Customers must contact us within 3 days of receiving the product to initiate the claim
  • Customers must cooperate with Country Home Sales’ and shipping carrier’s investigation
  • Customer must ship the item back Country Home Sales using the shipping information we provide you
  • The replacement item will be shipped to the customer after the damaged item is received by us
